We Need Your Help Saving Floyd Hill Meadow, Clear Creek County’s Front Yard

Over the past 30 years, Clear Creek’s Front Yard, also known as Floyd Hill Meadow (FHM), has been threatened by high density development. In 2023, Albert Frei & Sons gifted the cherished land to Mountain Area Land Trust (MALT) and now, with the support of the community, we have the chance to permanently protect and conserve this area forever!

Thanks to more than 100 generous donors, we have achieved our fundraising goal to place a voluntary conservation easement on the property.
