Vehicle Donations
Mountain Area Land Trust accepts donations of most cars, trucks, campers, ATVs, motorcycles, boats and other recreational vehicles. We partner with Cars2Charities on all vehicle donations to ensure a seamless transaction.
How It Works
- Complete an online donation form; be sure to have the title in hand.
- After Cars2Charities processes the request, a tow company will contact you to confirm the vehicle is still available and schedule a pickup time.
- Upon pickup, the tow company will instruct you how to sign over the title paperwork and tow the vehicle away.
- The vehicle will be brought to a car auction or an auto parts recycler for processing.
- Once it is sold, a tax receipt will be emailed or mailed to you and Mountain Area Land Trust will receive a portion of the proceeds.
