A New Home for the Mountain Area Land Trust

Mountain Area Land Trust (MALT) is pleased to announce the closing on an office condominium unit in the “Nob Hill” building located near I-70 and Evergreen Parkway. In 2018 with the unanimous support of its Board of Directors, MALT began a search for a permanent headquarters in Evergreen. After considerable discussion and careful financial analysis, the board decided that owning a home is critical to MALT’s long term success and sustainability. The building has great visibility that will enhance MALT’s recognition within the community.

MALT anticipates using its new permanent office headquarters to host a variety of future events, including fundraisers, community outreach and education opportunities and board meetings. MALT’s new home will provide long term financial sustainability for MALT to fulfill its mission for land and water conservation into perpetuity.

Support MALT’s Capital Campaign for our new headquarters! Your donation will help us to ensure that Colorado’s beautiful mountains, streams and rivers and historic lands are protected in perpetuity. Thanks to generous gifts from many dedicated MALT friends we are well on our way to reaching our fundraising goals, but we need your help to finish our campaign! Contact MALT Development Director Lynn Caligiuri at Lynn@savetheland.org or Board Member and Capital Campaign Chair Rod Morgan at RMorgan@PortMorgan.com for more details on how you can support MALT’s ownership of a permanent home.

We anticipate moving later in the summer and look forward to welcoming you to our new home!
